Quote Expiration
To ensure fair pricing in a fluctuating materials market, all quotes remain valid for 14 days from the date issued. After this period, we may need to reassess pricing based on current material costs.

Scheduling Policy
Your project slot is reserved for 3 days after receiving your quote. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so confirming your booking promptly ensures your preferred timeline.

Quality Assurance
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Should you identify any concerns with our work, please notify us within 7 days of project completion. Valid issues will be rectified at no additional cost.

Payment Structure
Our payment terms are tailored to each project's specific requirements. Typically, we operate on a 3-stage payment plan:

• Mid-project payment at an agreed milestone
• Final payment upon satisfactory completion
